Part of the Void series, this lightbox piece was exhibited in the group show Thirteen Kinds of Silence. Using the quietest parts of the gallery walls, the artist surveyed and documented the interplay of light sources within the space to create an investigation into the gallery's neglected potential. Through this work, the artist invites the viewer to reconsider their perception of the space and its interaction with the art object and to appreciate the subtle but significant impact of light on our visual experience.
